Are you looking for a dynamic team environment with the opportunity to grow? Work for a National Health Care company in their Customer Service Department.
This is an established, reputable company that is expanding and growing. They would like to see 2-5 years experience in customer service. Will act as a liaison to solve client problems, answer questions, coordinate service and build rapport with customers. This is NOT a call center.
Great interpersonal skills are a must. Bilingual fluency in Spanish required. Hours are 12pm-9pm Monday – Friday (service a lot of west coast clients). There is a very generous shift differential for 2nd shift.
