Troy-CSL Lighting has immediate opening for Customer Service representative. 

Requirements:  At least 3 years of customer service experience in the lighting industry. A friendly and positive attitude is a MUST.  Working knowledge of transformers, ballast, light bulbs and drivers are a PLUS.  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and this job is a full-time position.

Duties include:  Heavy phones, order entry, RGA processing, and web mail.
