Responsibilities 1. Data mining of customer web based information site(s) for tracking and compiling Unilever's performance results. Gain full understanding of customer supply chain processes, directives operations & terminology. 2. Analyze customer scorecard metrics for gaps vs. Unilever KPI’s of similar metrics. Recommend action steps to mitigate ongoing issues or substandard results. 3. Assist Customer Supply Chain Manager with development of action plans to improve mutual KPI results and issue resolution. 4. Conduct thorough analysis of specified customers’ supply chain and/or initiatives using project management skills. Recommend actions required for implementation at customer & HPC. 5. Update new SC data repository of customer complaints, issues and resolutions. Links closely with the BPD Customer Integration team. 6. Participate as a core member on the Customer Support Operational Teams. Challenges 1. Evaluating trade-off of time, cost and service to satisfy both Unilever and its customers. 2. Must see “big picture” in analyzing and/or solving complex and sometimes focussed issues so that modifications could allow HPC to leverage initiatives with other customers. 3. Participate in the execution (either pilot or full roll-out) of new programs. 4. Continual change via customer initiatives that could counterbalance HPC SC directives. 5. Evaluating the cost & complexity of customized services with the improvement in service to top customer & potential revenue enhancements. 6. Identification and acquisition of previously unused data to gain new customer or channel insights. Overcoming the reluctance of the customer in sharing pertinent data for improvements. Scope Evaluate multiple customers’ supply chains to ensure that the customer could benefit from a mutually integrated supply chain with Unilever. Customers could represent over $800 MM in NSV. Ability to become the resident expert on various customer’s unique systems that are continually changing Strong SAP knowledge with a full understanding of HPC’s supply chain. Act as critical linkage to to sales and broader supply chain team.
