BSH Home Appliances Corporation, the World’s Third Largest Manufacturer of home appliances, with leading edge high end quality brands Bosch, Gaggenau & Thermador is seeking a Customer Support Representative to work in the Call Center in our Corporate Office located in Huntington Beach, CA.

Responsibilities :

• Professional telephone etiquette and ability to resolve customer issues effectively, while working in a high volume environment is a must.

Experience :

• Qualified candidates must have previous Customer Service experience, preferably in a Call Center environment (minimally 3-5 years).

Requirements :

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Minimum Typing of 35 Words Per Minute).
• Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Qualified candidates must have flexibility in the hours / days that they will be able to work.
