**This is an Entry-Level Position in Greenwood Village, CO**
Customer Support Representative
The Customer Support Representative provides inbound phone support for TURSS customers which includes, but not limited to customer service and client technical support. Candidates must have a strong understanding of TURSS products and services, applicable systems, sales processes and procedures to assists in resolving routine customer problems, typically using checklists and standard procedures, directing requests to appropriate departments, and interacting with various internal departments and external parties. Refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under limited direction on a daily basis to accomplish routine tasks that are typically dictated by customer calls and needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answers and responds to incoming calls from customers and sales associates. Answer routine questions regarding TURSS products. Refer more complex issues and questions to Account Management. Develop understanding of TURSS systems and products, researching information using various computer systems, product brochures, and other resources. Interacts with other departments to garner assistance in resolving customer issues.
- Technical Support: Understand products and associated software issues. Answer routine technical questions and refers non-routine technical issues to higher levels. Assists customers with passwords access issues. May provide basic software training for customers via phone.
- Reporting: Assists in preparing and maintaining databases, presentations, and other documentation, in a timely and accurate manner. Typically requires a basic understanding of various software applications. Information may be confidential in nature. Retrieves files and other reports as needed or requested by managerial staff.
- General Admin/Clerical Work: Performs miscellaneous administrative and support duties for the general office, including but not limited to copying, filing, distributing faxes, and other like duties.
- Special Projects: Completes various projects for management regarding products/services, special mailings, research, and other related projects. Projects typically require close supervision. Some may require working in teams with other associates in the organization.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Typically up to three (3) years experience in a customer service, product support, sales support, or clerical/admin capacity.
- Heavy phone experience in a call center environment is helpful.
- Excellent customer service skills, including strong listening skills and the ability to communicate and interact with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Must have basic understanding and ability to use software applications used by the supported group.
- This typically includes using word processing, internet, and database software applications.
- Must be familiar with the use of equipment typically found in an office environment.
- Must be able to complete assignments accurately and within the given deadlines. Ability to prioritize customer requests.
- Must be able to work independently and in group settings.
