Responsibilities:


·         Managing the ticket queue which includes tickets for MDN swaps, ESN swaps, changing rate plans, network outages, handset troubleshooting and reprogramming, voice mail set up, wireless number portability, data and picture mail programming.


·         Handle the escalation of trouble tickets to the network operations center (NOC), switch operations center (SOC) and network vendors. Responsible for follow up with vendors and customer until the ticket is closed.


·         Preparation of daily reports for trouble tickets, deactivations and exceptions.


·         Assist sales with escalated dealer issues, verifying network coverage, handset activation and programming and troubleshoot handsets returned by dealers.


·         Perform test for all new product launches and document test results and help troubleshoot to determine the reason for test failures.


·         Define, test and document procedures for new product and handset launches.


 


Qualifications:



        ·         2+ years of help desk or customer service experience.


·         Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)


·         Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills a must.


·         Excellent computer skills (MS Office).


·         Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
