Job Description:



Responsible for handling customer requests to include: logistical operations, equipment tracking and reporting, and processing all requests as needed. Work one-on-one with the customer, often in a QRC (Quick Reaction Capability) environment, collecting requirements, ensuring workflow process and providing feedback on the status of requests to the customer. Coordinate shipping schedules with external shippers, draft and send shipping cables to the appropriate locations, initiate equipment disposal requests, create facility access request, verify clearances and provide weekly reports to department manager. Determine the disposition of incoming material using specific tracking methods. Respond to formal message traffic acknowledging receipt of equipment. Work in a team environment, coordinating workflow with other departments where communication is critical to ensuring the customer's needs are meet.





Required Skills:





* BA/BS plus a minimum of 4 years experience or equivalent education and experience.



* TS SCI plus Full Scope/Lifestyle Polygraph security clearance.



* Experience in a customer service position.



* Ability to handle stressful situations and respond to the immediate needs of the customer in a professional manner while working in a dynamic environment.



* Must have good computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office suite.



* Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.



* Must have good verbal and written communication skills.

Good organization skills, ability to work in a team environment.



Effective, pleasant and business-like interpersonal skills, with a "can do" attitude.



Experienced in logistical processes.





Required Education:





BA/BS or equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
