Training Class in LR begins on 11-9-09
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma.
Six to Twelve months phone customer service experience.
Formal customer service training a plus.
Credit Card processing experience preferred.
PC and typing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and analytical skills necessary
Position Responsibilities:
95% Answering incoming telephone calls from Visa/Mastercard cardholders
3% research customer concerns and refer information to the appopriate department.
2% record customer related information for departmental tracking purposes
Adhere to prescribed departmental standards while maintaining a professional disposition
