Duties and Responsibilities:

The Subject Matter Expert is responsible for a providing technical expertise in all areas of our Web Support Contract which includes Analysis, Architecture, Writing, Design, Development, Usability, Section 508 and Graphics Support.

Develops, reviews or analyzes research and documentation in accordance with the statement of work. Provides specialized technical knowledge that assists the Program Manager in solving complex IT or programmatic issues.

Web Support Contract task areas include:

Research and Consultation regarding information gathering activities such as comparative analysis, data mining, prototyping and other research methods to determine and develop best practices and standards to be used for the Federal Government Client.
Web Metrics, Content Analysis, Writing and Editing
Design and Graphic Support
Web Development
Site Improvement, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Metadata
Digital Usability and Online Consumer Engagement
Site Migration
Section 508 Compliance, Remediation, Reporting and Training
Support for Web Environment Tool Suite
Support for Percussion Products
Support for Open Source and Content Management
Support for Mobile Strategies and Implementation
Support for Search Function
Support for General Web Crawler (Accenture Digital Diagnostics Engine “ADDE”)

Qualifications:

Must be a US Citizen who is eligible to obtain a Federal Government Clearance.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience.

7-10 years experience in all areas of Web Development/Support including Analysis, Architecture, Writing, Design, Development, Usability, Section 508 and Graphics Support

Viewed as an expert in his/her field.
Strong conceptual grasp of technology.

Experience working with Federal Government Clients

Strong communication skills.

 Desired:

3+ years working with Federal Government IT development projects

PMP certification

Project Management experience

Active Security Clearance
