



The Client Service Manager serves as the key day-to-day client contact for assigned Defined Contribution plans. Responds to plan sponsor requests for information, resolves service issues, and may perform operations activities. Attend client and/or prospect presentations as required.
Qualifications include: Bachelors degree; 5-8 years related experience; solid knowledge of products, the DC business, and ERISA; strong client and project management skills.
