Job Description:
POSITION PURPOSE -
Review, analyze, and report expenses to meet financial plans, forecasts, and operational metrics while following policies, processes, and service standards that meet the needs of customer; ensure forecasts are created, and updated as information becomes available; communicate and analyze trends in an effort to predict future expenditures and reconcile all accounts to facilitate accuracy of reporting.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
25% Analyze P &L on daily basis to ensure expenses are valid and applied to proper GL and reclassed out to necessary GL accounts; track purchases to ensure that they are received in Ariba and expense hits in month item is received; forecasting and budgeting; reconcile MTD and YTD P & L Accounts
25% Accounts Payable (reviewing, researching, processing, reconciling, and auditing); monitor, track, and reconcile Pcard related expenses; invoice processing;
25% Generate reports, charts, graphs for leadership; explain variances; updating metrics, reviewing and updating all reporting to backhalf plan; trend analysis; design and implement financial spreadsheets; validate weekly financial and operations reports
25% Order/maintain/track necessary warehouse operating supplies necessary to perform daily production activities; seek competitive pricing.

No direct responsibility for supervising others.
