Job Description:

·         Underwriting FHA and conventional mortgages.

·         Establishing relationships with FHA offices to expedite resolutions.

·         Remaining conversant with all internal, FNMA, and FHA guidelines as well as federal and state banking regulations.

Requirements:

·         DE designation required.

·         Experience underwriting conforming and non-conforming products preferred.

·         Bachelors Degree from accredited university preferred.

·         Excellent organizational and communication skills.
