A company in Dallas is seeking a large number of Government Underwriters.
The candidates responsibilities will be reviewing, underwriting, and clearing conditions for both FHA and VA files. The ideal candidate will posses LAPP Approval for VA Appraisal review, current knowledge of FHA and VA guidelines, and experience with Automated Underwriting Systems. and experience underwriting FHA and VA loans. FHA Direct Endorsement (DE) Claims number certification is a must. A degree is also desired but not required.
