Department Supervisors are responsible for the following:

·         Interact and sell product to our guests

·         Train associates on product knowledge

·         Merchandise product to standard

·         Lead a team of associates in promoting sales and profit goals.

·         Run front end/cashier operations or warehouse back end operations

We also have Department Supervisor positions that run our overnight stock crew, front end/cashier operations, or our warehouse/back end operations. Experience in any of these areas is a plus.

This entry level supervisory position will allow you to learn our company as a business owner in one of our departments, while enhancing your operational knowledge and people skills to become a member of management as the next step in your career.
