DIRECTOR, full time, to oversee non-profit, OASAS licensed prevention agency, Westchester County, NY.

Licensure required plus experience providing clinical and administrative supervision to mental health/counseling staff (2 full time and 2 part time master's level employees + youth employment counselor). Minimum 7 years mental health/supervisory experience necessary.

Agency provides individual, family and group counseling to at- risk youth and families. Also school based services, parenting support, community outreach and crisis intervention. Implementation of evidence based school and community programs is becoming an increasing focus of the agency.

 Director is responsible for:

• provision of regular, on-going clinical and administrative supervision of all staff, including employee evaluations
  
• implementation of parenting programs and other community programs 
  
• liaison with the school district,  the municipality, the county and the state
  
• reporting agency activity to the state (on-line reporting)
  
• creation, implementation and evaluation of workplans/program planning
  
• coordination of intake, case conferencing and peer supervision
  
• maintenance of referral sources, policies and procedures
  
• review clinical case records
  
• some provision of direct individual, family and group counseling
