DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING – LAB SERVICES

Description Summary: The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead new business development and client retention by effectively managing direct sales reps throughout 6-state region to increase market share, exceed sales targets, and maximize overall territory growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops territory sales strategies and tactics with sales reps
- Directs training and development initiatives with hands-on training and
mentoring, coaching, goal-setting, and general supervision
- Develops performance improvement plans
- Manage region budget and resource utilization
- Qualify and hire new sales professionals

Position Qualifications and Experience:
- Four (4) year degree, preferably in Science or Business
- 2+ years of successful Sales Management with direct sales reports
- Must have current Laboratory Testing, Medical, Pharma, or Biotech Sales
Management experience

Compensation:
- Base salary range $80,000 - $100,000 / Target W2 earnings at plan $150,000
- Quarterly paid bonus, Car Allowance, Business expenses
