Director of Sales & Marketing Hotel/Catering background required World Yacht LLC, New York's Premier Dining Cruise seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing to provide strategic & tactical leadership to the sales & marketing team. Specific responsibilities include management of company sales & marketing strategies & new business development; providing leadership in day-today operations of sales & marketing department; maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals; establishing performance goals for sales staff; monitoring performance continually; maximizing profitability for the company and outstanding customer service; and developing, maintaining and implementing creative packages to fill identified needs in all markets.
The ideal candidate would be organized & detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment to lead & develop associates. A min. 7 years' exp. as a Director of Sales & Marketing in Hotels or Catering; excellent communication skills; knowledge of budgetary analysis capabilities and a Bachelor's degree are required.
