We are seeking a Director of Warehouse & Supply who possesses a 7-10 year work history in supply chain management showing progressive advancement in responsibility and supervision. High interest is given to candidates with a work history in mid-sized and family-owned organizations with multi-site responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have work history showing direct responsibility for purchasing as well as warehousing and distribution for construction, electronics, and general products.  This position reports directly to company owners. There is high interest in candidates with a history in developing standards, systems, processes, and procedures for supply chain activity. The ability to build a well-prepared supply chain system and a cross-trained staff is required.

Position requires daily interaction with a variety of department directors and supervisors engaged in tower construction, telecom product sales and service, microwave signal maintenance, and engineering as well as administrative departments providing core services to the organization.  The ability to provide consistent, reliable, and efficient support to those directors is imperative.

Candidates must embrace a work environment of rapid change, flexibility, and creative problem solving.   Changes in customer demands, weather conditions, and cell site availability are frequent contributors to the need for adjustment of a specific day's department deliverables.

This position will develop, implement, and support systematic solutions to our developing supply chain requirements.  Candidate will interact with all levels of supply chain employees and support staff on a daily basis.

Qualifications/Requirements

4-Year degree in related field; Masters degree preferred

7-10 years in supply chain work history

5-7 years in leadership roles with direct supervisory responsibilities

Multi-site work experience

Work history in must include responsibility for procurement, warehousing, and distribution

Hiring Compensation range: $70,300 to $95,000, depending on experience
