We are seeking a candidate to support DISA in the DC metro area.
Lead cross organizational effort to develop win themes and position AT&T horizontal and vertical capabilities with the client and potential partners.
• Collaborate with program teams to develop optimal internal and external partnering.
• Oversee the capture and interface with the proposal staff to ensure adequate resources are applied, teaming relationships are maintained and appropriate progress is sustained, to create and deliver a winning proposal.
• During the capture and proposal stage, assure effective communication, execution and, if necessary, refinement of the partnering strategy and win themes
• Keep senior leadership appropriately informed and engaged as opportunities move through the selling and approval cycle.
Business Development and Strategic Planning:
• Formulate AT&T Strategic Vision and related mission essential tasks that translate into messages for winning new Defense business.
• Long range market sensing and competitive analysis to qualify and prioritize opportunities through client meetings, industry forums, industry days and meetings with partners.
• Identify mid- to long-term agency specific mission requirements which are consistent with AT&T Government Solutions professional services and systems integration strengths and competencies.
• Identify longer term requirements not yet packaged by the agency for solicitation but in support of larger agency programs/requirements and leveraging unique AT&T practices and capabilities that might still be in the AT&T Labs incubation stage, to win this business.
• Create and maintain a high priority strategic funnel that tracks AT&T strategic initiatives and high value Federal opportunities.
