Kaiser Transport,  a LTL step-deck for-hire, solely owned OTR Trucking Company that specializes in the movement of manufacturing machines and Government equipment, along with Kaiser Logistics, have two openings available in Dispatch at the Janesville Wisconsin Terminal. If you have experience in the Transportation Industry, but always thought there was a better way - then you belong here at Kaiser, because we will teach you how the customer, the load, and the driver should be dispatched. Some of the points of the Job Description:

• Salaried position 7:00am to 6:00pm, 5 days a week. Monday thru Friday. Along with longer paid scheduled hours on alternating nights.
  
• Office is located as to where the ability to climb stairs is required.
  
• Will be calling customers, brokers and carriers and negotiate pricing, pick up and delivery times.
  
• Dispatching drivers for pickups, fueling points, routing and deliveries.
  
• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of times.
  
• Must have the ability to stand at a white board and write legibly.
  
• Will be called upon to direct or participate in cargo loading.
  
• Enter or retract information from the computer.
  
• Prepare rate confirmations, and perform due diligence research on for-hire carriers.
