We're looking for a DON with the ability to really take the reins and continue to drive quality outcomes on their own.  The management team is great and looking for the right DON to complete the team!

 

All potential candidates must have:

 

- A proven track record of good surveys

- An active RN license

- 2 years experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care in a supervisory role.

- First-rate leadership skills to work with existing nurse managers and   employees.

-  Ability to delegate tasks, taking into account staff skill sets and core competencies, to maximize effectiveness of the nursing team.

- Innovative approach to management and teaching.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
