DRAM / NAND Characterization Engineer
About the Job
As an Engineer in the Product Engineering Characterization group at Micron, you will be responsible for developing test patterns that debug and characterize Micron's NAND, eMMC, uSD, DDR2 and DDR3 products. In this position, you will work with designers and product engineers to develop address and data patterns to create worst case timing conditions within the parts. These tests are used to debug product designs and ensure that Micron’s parts perform properly in all applications.
Successful candidates for this position will have:
Required Education:
BS in Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is required.
Successful candidates for this position will have:
- Experience in UNIX and Windows environments
- Experience with UNIX Shell Scripts and other scripting languages
- Programming experience in C, C++
- ATE experience (Advantest or Nextest experience a bonus)
- Debug and Problem solving skills
Required Education:
BS in Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is required.
