Responsibilities:

-          Precise estimating

-          Preparing the quote for the client

-          Presenting the quote to the client

-          Negotiating each contract

-          Managing the estimating staff at each job

Requirements (include but are not limited to):

-          5+ years of estimating experience

-          Good management skills

-          Good communication skills

-          Excellent computer/software knowledge
