Job Description :



The Lead Systems Engineer for the MDA Digital Modeling and Simulation Tool's (DMST) Digital Simulation Architecture - Virtual (DSA-V) will have overall systems engineering responsibility for the DSA-V product. The position is on the JRDC program at Schriever AFB, CO.







* The DSA-V Lead Systems Engineer will develop and supervise the DSA-V systems engineering reviews and products including requirement documents, requirements reviews and architectures to support the exercise, training, ground test, and element integration use cases.



* Some travel required.



* Will lead development, analysis and control of DSA-V requirements and documentation.



* Lead development, analysis, and control of DSA-V architecture including integration/coordination with other Developmental Support Organizations (DSOs).



* Develop and maintain product stakeholder relationships.



* Lead system engineering reviews and inspections of technical documents.



* Manage technical performance and risk.



* Generate and maintain quality processes and all associated quality artifacts.











Required Skills



:



* Masters Degree in an engineering discipline with 8-10 years of relevant technical experience.



* Must be able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.



* Good communication skills.



* Detailed understanding of systems engineering processes.



* Have a positive, can-do attitude.



* Proven record of high achievement.



* Ability to perform work without appreciable direction.



* Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Top Secret Clearance.









Preferred Skills



:



* PhD in a technical discipline.



* MDA Modeling and Simulation and/or Performance Assessment experience.



* Systems Engineering certification.













Required Education (including Major): Master's degree and at least 8-10 years of related experience.
