RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an hourly role. Responsible for monitoring the Member Services operation for properly allocated resources. Respond to requests for schedule changes, vacation and Family Medical Leave. Responsible for weekly scheduling and reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* High school degree or equivalent
* Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
* Demonstrated strong organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
* Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently.
* Demonstrated problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
* Willingness to learn new software applications
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous scheduling and/or labor operations experience.
* Previous call center operations desk experience.
* Proven knowledge and understanding of Walt Disney World policies and procedures.
* Demonstrated knowledge of Avaya.
* Demonstrated knowledge of eWFM
* Demonstrated knowledge of Disney Vacation Club Member Services operations.
