SUMMARY

The position will perform data analysis, data mapping, functional design, executive and detailed dashboard design, and quality assurance/testing for Data Warehousing. This position will also be working closely with Project Leads/Managers to communicate customer expectations of how the portals will look to the end user.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES               

• Design a variety of Dashboards that will be used by all levels of an organization.
• Perform diverse and complex data analysis as well as writing queries.
• Review and analyze source data, analyze and document data flow, and validate mapping specifications and business rules from data source to target.
• Perform Data Analysis and develop Data Mapping documents for ETL projects.
• Participate in data requirement analysis and development of logical data models.
• Participate in the design and development of test cases.
• Develop test strategies and approaches that align with business users.
• Work with development team to ensure the feasibility of the design and clarify user requirements.
• Work with end users to confirm that end user acceptance testing criteria and standards are met.

 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Data Analyst.
• Advanced understanding of SQL in accessing and manipulating data in large SQL Server Databases.
• 3 or more years experience in data warehousing environments including technologies and processes across data sourcing, validation, reconciliation, and related ETL functions; data warehouse and data mart performance as well as front end reporting tool performance.
• 3 or more years experience with testing software applications.
• Proficient in designing data dashboards that communicates information to all levels of an organization.
• Experience with FoxPro and SQL 2008 desired.
• Experience in the Health Management/Health Promotion industry preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
