Assist in Data Management during Open Enrollment period.
· Required Skills:
· Data Analysis/Data Interpretation
· Quality Checking/Assurance
· Expert in Access/Excel (Vlookups, Builds, etc)
· Querying – dumping a lot of data
· Minimal programming
Duties and responsibilities:
- Program Eligibility based on Client's requirements.
- Knowledgeable in Benefits/HR Industry. (preferred, but not required)
- Audit eligibility set up.
- Audit Plan Rate updates.
- Audit Default plan assignments.
- Gather inserts and send them to subject matter expert for Collation Code assignment.
- Customize clients' Annual Enrollment (AE) packages based upon client requirements.
- Pick sample populations for test packages based on Clients requirements.
- Send files for packages for sample participants.
- Receive Payroll Data Forms and forward to Service Delivery Manager (SDM)/Client.
- Send production feeds for packages through the system.
- Confirm send date, count of packages sent, # of inserts sent.
- Review default process reports for terminations and subsidy participants who defaulted and lost subsidy.
- Be able to facilitate BRD conversations with SDMs.
- Coordinate with SDMs to create fact sheets for data services and solution center.
- Manage special client populations, subsidy, manual participants, direct bill etc .....
- Manipulate bill generation dates.
- Manage manual sweeps.
- Experience with Open Enrollment is preferred.
