Data Analyst Needed for North Scottsdale Location!
Scottsdale client is looking to hire a Data Analyst on a Contract to Permanent basis. Data Analyst candidate will work with multiple teams across the company to analyze and process data. This role requires a detail-oriented, problem-solving, process-analyzing individual with research experience. Experience using Excel, Access and SQL collect data for analysis. Will manage file uploads and responses to issuing authorities with precision. Ability to manipulate data to conform to file format requirements. Maintain statistics, analyze data, identify processing issues and lead problem solving effortsRecognize data anomalies and recommend corrective actions. In general, company will be approaching this person with a business problem or question and they will be responsible for retrieving the data from one or many of their Oracle databases using SQL, consolidating the data into some analysis tool and then doing intense data manipulation, crunching and analysis to identify trends, problems or solutions. Employee will need to think logically and critically, and have a business, financial or operations type background in addition to SQL, relational database, Access, Excel and other analysis/reporting tools. Must be business oriented, having a good understanding of basic business principals and software development methodologies. Strongly prefer a Degree, but not required. Relational Database utilizing Oracle and SQL knowledge required.
