About the Job
Our client is having Data Architect's requirement
Contractor Position for 6 months+ full-time
Requirements:
* Expert analyst skills for requirements development and understanding customer needs.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive data warehouse implementations.
* Must work well in a team environment.
* Proven results delivering creative, supportable, and successful Business Intelligence solutions.
* Proven commitment to customer satisfaction
* Ability to work under a formal software development life cycle.
* Expert Knowledge of Cognos (Framework Manager, Report Studio).
* Expert knowledge of data warehousing methodologies (e.g. Kimball).
* Solid knowledge of following Oracle skills: SQL, PL/SQL, OLAP technologies, database security and Oracle features.
* Expert knowledge of designing, developing and migrating authorization schemes to BI solution.
* Expert knowledge of data modeling and use of data modeling tools.
* Data mart design skills.
* Experience with source management tools such as Harvest, Stat & CVS
* Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
* Familiarity with Higher Ed environments and data.
Additional Skills:
1. Fundamental ETL Concepts and Datastage ETL Toolset
2. Data Modeling - Toad Data Modeler or ER/Studio.
