Ø Understanding of spare parts to manage the accuracy of detailed characteristics for setting up the descriptions for searching and ordering.
Ø Verification of vendor information (company name, OEM part number, contact information, etc.)
Ø Maintain a record of all vendor communications

Ø Setup ordering and inventory information in mainframe Purchasing System
Ø Update and organize vendor catalog information in library Website and hardcopy library
Knowledge & Experience
Ø Knowledge of Microsoft Excel - create, edit Spreadsheets, use filtering,
Ø Knowledge of Microsoft Word - create and edit documents
