Data Entry Clerk

Brink’s U.S., a division of Brink’s, Incorporated, is the premiere provider of armored car transportation, ATM servicing, currency and coin processing, document destruction and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities.  The company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees.  We have a challenging opportunity for an experienced Data Entry Clerk

 Specific Job Duties:

• Billing – daily reconciliation, incomplete billing (review), running supplements, running invoices, separating invoices and mailing.

• Accounts receivables and credit memos posting – print aging weekly, send out past due notices, calling past due accounts

• Contracts maintenance – entering contracts into SMART for billing; maintenance of the aforementioned contracts.

• Air Courier reporting – A/C into Smart Billing and submitting the spreadsheet at the end of the month.

• Other duties as required

 

Skills/Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include:

• Must be computer proficient to include MS Windows and MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel and Access). Knowledge of spreadsheets is a must.

• SMART/ADGP knowledge preferred.

• Must be detail oriented and proficient with basic math skills.

• Must be able to recognize and maintain confidentiality as it pertains to our customers.

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision, to include recognizing and meeting all reporting deadlines.
