Job Title:
Application Support Technician II

Major Purpose: (THINK DATA ENTRY AND RESEARCH)
Process applications and determines appropriate level of eligibility status.

Main Duties:

• Retrieves documents and data from authorized, designated data bases to perform routine tasks that may include data entering new information, validation of data, corrections or updates to existing information, and documentation of findings.
• Accurately data enters all appropriate information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems.
• Reviews and analyzes discrepancies in data received, requests clarification and effectively raises queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions that arise from executing the task.

Basic Requirements and Overview:

• Must have H.S. diploma, GED, or equivalent certification and one year of clerical experience.
• Experience using imaging equipment, a personal computer and other office equipment is required.
• Must display excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience working with medical records, application processing or other detail oriented forms required.

Additional Details:

Work schedule will be Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, training will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm beginning on March 12, 2012, pay starts at $11.54/hr.
