In the role of Data Warehouse / ETL Developer, you are responsible for working with our team of consultants on a large Data warehousing implementation.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Work with business requirements analyst to identify and understand source data systems
• Map source system data to data warehouse models
• Develop and test extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes
• Define and capture metadata and rules associated with ETL processes
• Adapt ETL processes to accommodate changes in source systems and new business user

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong understanding of source and target data structures, ETL processes, and products
• Strong problem-solving and metadata skills
• Must have experiences with SQL Server, Reporting Servers, and Analysis Services (SharePoint experience is a plus)
• Data mapping, transformation from Source Applications into Data Warehouse
• Experiences in building Data Marts
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational and multi-dimensional designs
• Strong problem-solving and metadata skills
• Understanding of BI tool architecture, functions, features
• Experience with SQL Server Database Engine, SQL Server Integration Services, T-SQL stored procedure construction, SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio and  Source Control Tools and processes
