Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop Guidelines for Maintaining Configuration Items [CI]
  
• Review control and status accounting Process
  
• Assist in Configuration Management Control Board Activities
  
• Review/Evaluate configuration management system
  
• Assist in Developing Configuration Items control policies
  
• Review Configuration Management process and recommend process improvements
  
• Develop, Update and Review Request for Change (RFC) processing Procedures
  
• Assist in Impact assessment of Proposed Modifications
  
• Review Change/Migration approval process and recommend improvements
  
• Assist in evaluating recovery from change failures
  
• Develop, Update and Review RFC submittal process
  
• Develop, Update and Review change category and priority schemes
  
• Develop, Update and Review change "project" management process
  
• Provide Review and Recommendations to change advisory board on Technical Review Requests
  
• Develop, Update, Review RFC Approval Guidelines
  
• Review post-change service delivery and Recommend improvements to Change Management Strategy/Process
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 7 years experience
  
• Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology discipline
  
• US Citizen
  
• ITIL v3 Certification
  
  
  

 Desired:

• Master’s degree in an Information Technology discipline
