Database Administrator
The Database Specialist/Administrator will support a 3-year Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) program at Northern Command in Colorado Springs, CO. The Joint Integration of Maritime Domain Awareness for Maritime Homeland Defense (JIMDA) program will conduct testing and evaluations of existing and future Maritime Domain Awareness technologies at the Strategic and Operational level of command.
The position requires a thorough knowledge of database programming techniques and standards, and familiarity with standard database applications including Microsoft Access, SQL Server, and Microsoft Share Point Portal Services (SPPS). Must also have a good working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and Extensible Markup Language (XML). In addition, the position will be responsible for supporting Data Management requirements in developing custom database applications to support data collection, data validation, data analysis, and other test execution requirements supporting data management, test management, and exercise and test planning.
Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000
