MUMBA Technologies is focused on providing expert resources for implementations, interfaces, customizations, extensions and upgrades of all Oracle Business Applications. We bring a depth of experience and understanding to all areas of applications deployment and training.

We currently have an immediate requirement for a Senior Oracle HCM Business Systems Analyst in Sunnyvale CA. This is a PERMANENT position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer support of daily Human Resources operations and workflows.
• Work on complex problems and provide solutions which are cost-effective, innovative, and appropriate for the business.
• Document solutions, designs, specifications, test plans, compliance and training materials.
• Train and/or assist in training users on new systems and new system processes.
• Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues and to implement enhancements and upgrades.
• Provide recommendations on maintaining consistency and accuracy within operational environment.
• Communicate to management, business users, and others to manage deadlines and expectations.
• Support integration of new business acquisitions.
• Manage small to medium projects as needed - sometimes involving geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Human Resources.
• 5 years of work experience supporting Oracle HCM (Core HR, OAB, OTL, Self Service, and others).
• Experience using Oracle’s AIM methodology or similar implementation management practice.
• Proven skills in analyzing and documenting complex business processes and workflow.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems and make decisions based on sound judgment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Project management experience.
• In-depth working knowledge of systems life cycle.
• Strong understanding of IT internal control requirements.
