Top database marketing firm is looking for an Account Manager to join their Maryland location.

All candidates must have direct Mail campaign implementation/execution experience. Pharmaceutical experience preferred. The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty through ensuring exceptional service and creating value. The AM is the liaison between the Client Owner, Solutions Team and the Client to identify, analyze, research, and resolve inquiries on all aspects of the business. The AM must understand and support the sales efforts of assigned relationships and act as a Third-party Sales channel/consultant to help achieve optimum sales, new account productivity, profit, and goals. The AM also supports the organizations strategic, tactical and support functions in order to achieve objectives.

Skills/Requirements:

• Pharmaceutical account management required.
  
• Accountable for setting internal communication plans/methodology
  
• Coordinate and manage internal and external client meetings
  
• Manages contractual agreements.
  
• New Client set up and all corresponding client paperwork
  
• Client Satisfaction - Reference-ability reporting and quarterly business review management
  
• Revenue forecasting and updates
  
• Single point of contact for error resolution
  
• Outlet/daily contact for client or client team to voice any issues or concerns
  
• Looks for new opportunities within existing accounts
  
• Builds client team relationship - continual needs assessment
  
• Originates actions to improve existing conditions, processes and communication

Education and/or Experience 

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Additionally, minimum three years of experience working in the Database Marketing industry. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus.

Salary:  $60-80k
