The Datafeed Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day to day management of comparison shopping engines (CSE) campaigns. They will be responsible for ensuring the team is managing the marketing budget and hitting key business objectives such as traffic, sales, and ROI goals by closely monitoring and improving campaign performance. They will conduct campaign optimization and analysis and provide daily support to the client facing teams. The CSE Supervisor reports to the Marketing Technology Manager.

Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with Comparison Shopping Partners as well as 3rd party technology partner
- Drive ongoing vendor and publisher meetings both in person and through weekly status calls
- Secure beta opportunities with publishers and drive execution with our marketing services team
- Recommend and implement bidding strategy, datafeed filters, and budget allocation based on seasonality and business goals.
- Analyze data to find trends and make recommendations
- Become the subject matter expert for client reports and recommendations
- Customize projects and recommendations under tight deadlines to meet client goals
- Offer support to the client-facing team in meetings and on calls when needed
- Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations
- Measure, monitor, and improve new and existing processes
- QA comparison shopping websites to ensure maximum exposure for key items
- Provide ongoing education and training to the agency, business management, and clients as required

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct basic-level mathematical analysis of trend data
- A close eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree
- 2'4 years of work experience in a corporate setting
- Strong executer ' must have the capacity and tenacity to make recommendations *and* follow-through with implementation.
- Strong negotiator - secures new partner relationships and improves existing partner relationships to drive optimal ROI for Paid Search & Comparison Shopping Channels
- Strong problem-solving skills: the curiosity and willingness to dig deep and 'get to the bottom' of a problem and recommend ways to fix it.
- Ability to leverage organization's resources

Additional Requirements:
- Experience in optimization of copy; SEO copywriting
- Experience with web analytics a plus
- General HTML knowledge
- Experience managing others
- Previous search engine marketing or other Internet marketing experience is helpful, but not required
- Experience working with both comparison shopping sites as well as paid search partners is a big plus
- Retail Industry experience is a plus
