This is your opportunity to join our Deerfield branch as an Account Manager / Business Development Manager.

What would prepare you for success on our team?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.  Work experience in the accounting/finance field desired but not required.
  • At least 2 years experience in the staffing industry OR similar experience in outside B2B service sales.
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills.
  • A consultative approach to sales.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through verbal and written correspondence.
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality.
  • The ability to work independently as well as on a team.
  • A desire to have fun at work.

 

What will you do as an Ajilon Account Manager? 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to grow our client base.
  • Generate new business through proactive outbound sales.
  • Maintain relationships by scheduling client visits.
