An established and growing mid-western supermarket chain is seeking a DELI/BAKERY MERCHANDISER to oversee the total bakery/deli operation including foodservice. Qualified candidates will have a 5 to 7 year history of multi-unit supermarket deli/bakery supervision and be adaptable to both high and low volume locations. Preferred experience is in the area of Del/Foodservice. Duties will include: implementation new deli/bake programs as well as enhance the current programs, co-ordinating all procurement and merchandising programs, training and/or re-training of department heads, seasonal promotions, over-all department performance and presentations. Immediate need for the candidate that can make an impact.
