    Head Driver /Supervisor

   The Boston Wine Company a distributor of Alcohol and Beverage products is looking for a Head Driver/Supervisor for our Washington DC Warehouse.  The ideal candidate will live in DC or in the nearby suburbs. The ideal candidate must have transportation to the Warehouse.  All interested candidates must have a CDL driver's license.

 Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

•  Managing 3-5 full time drivers and routes throughout greater Metro DC.
  
•  Making Daily Deliveries to accounts.
  
•  Managing a small warehouse facility.  Opening and closing daily, receiving product, breaking down  and checking, assigning product distribution between routes daily.
  
•  Customer relations with all local accounts.
  
•  All administrative duties related to each driver, customers, permits, licensing required to operate business.
  
•  Scheduled Maintenance, service records, and general upkeep of all vehicle through local vendors.
  
•  We are looking for committed reliable individuals with 3 plus years management experience. 
  
•  CDL license and  experience in organizing and performing daily route deliveries in the metro area.
