On Trac Garage Door Company, a Southern California leader in garage door sales, service & repair is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our garage door service team. This is a full-time position located at our main office in San Bernardino, CA.
In this position, you will be receiving a high volume of incoming calls from customers who are looking for service & repairs on their garage doors. You will either solve the customer's problem over the phone or schedule a service technician to visit the customer and fix the problem.
Knowledge of garage doors is not required, but is a plus. Paid training is provided. Experience with phone support and scheduling is a big plus.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills:
• Phone support & customer service experience
• Handling high volume of incoming calls
• Excellent customer service
• Strong verbal communication is a must
• Data entry
• Team player with a positive attitude
