Training & Education
The Air Force encourages continuing education and professional growth — opportunities not typically available to civilian dentists. Numerous specialty residencies are offered, including oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, comprehensive dentistry and multiple postdoctoral fellowships. All of our programs are ADA-accredited, and many have received multiple commendations for excellence. The faculty/student ratios and overall quality of our programs compare favorably with any in the world.

Qualifications
This is an active-duty position as an Air Force officer. To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen between the ages of 18 and 48.
• Must be willing to relocate.
• Must hold a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an ADA-accredited school or be in the process of obtaining one.
