We have an opening for a Full Time Administrative Assistant to work with Our Construction/Architect & Engineering Group.


 


Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: 



  • Word Processing (formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text and data).
  • Managing phones calls; routing callers, scheduling appointments
  • Manage Calendars/schedule appointments
  •  preparing letters, memos and outgoing mail.
  • Filing, Scanning, Faxing
  • Time Entry
  • Department and Staff meeting minutes
  • Back up Receptionist
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Completes projects by delegating work when necessary; following up on results.

 


Skills/Qualifications:


Must work well in a fast paced environment, possess strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize multiple projects.  Working knowledge of Microsoft office products and strong word processing skills required.


 


Anticipated Work Hours:


Jan.1-April 15, 8:00-6:00


April 16-December 31, 8:00-5:00


Flexibility to work occasional OT
