Circus Smirkus Deputy Director Award-winning youth circus seeks talented, problem-solving team player to provide cross-organization leadership and management. Directly manages finance, admin, IT and human resources. Responsible for assessing needs and planning and implementing improvements to internal systems and processes, including IT. BS in Business or related field and nonprofit experience preferred. Senior management experience required. Position is in Greensboro, Vermont with occasional travel around the state and New England.
