This position is requiring a true contract negotiator, with experience doing derivatives contract negotiation and managing a team.  They are targeting one manager and two negotiators.  Manager must have ISDA Contract Negotiation experience.  They will consider strong contract experience without ISDA for the lighter position.  Individuals at energy companies that have negotiated commodity agreements will be given special consideration.

Experience in negotiating ISDA Schedules, Credit Support Annexes, physical commodity industry agreements such as NAESB and EEI, guaranties and ancillary documents. Will consider experienced corporate paralegal or junior associate from a law firm for this position.  Previous experience in an investment bank or in the oil and gas industry a plus.  Managerial/supervisory experiences also a plus.

This position is part of a derivative group supporting Fixed Income, Currency and Commodity and Equity trading desks.

Intangibles - can deal with a heavy workload, able to prioritize, good judgment, self starter and can work independently.
