Dermalogica: Accounts Receivable Coordinator

We have a challenging position for a dedicated, analytical personality who is looking for challenges and growth opportunities to work with our Finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will perform collection and account reconciliation on Dermalogica’s top national accounts working in our corporate headquarters in the beautiful new Dominguez Hills Technology Park. 
 
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Review receivables aging and makes collection calls accordingly
  • Interact with customers regarding request of payments, customer disputes and adjustments to receivable balances
  • Release orders on credit hold
  • Cash posting and reconciliation for IDI school revenues
Our ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience and two plus years experience in accounts receivable working specifically with national accounts. GL accounts posting and JD Edwards software experience strongly desired.  Consumer products or manufacturing industry experience preferred.    The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong attention to detail.
