with a great culture has an opportunity for a Design Director with soft goods
experience.  This is a great opportunity
to “put your stamp” on the look and feel of the line and make an impact!

In this role, you will take the fashion
lead for all soft goods related categories including Soft Bedding, Blankets,
Mobiles, Lamps, Wall Décor, Rugs, Storage, and Diaper Bags.

Job requirements include:

·        
5-7+ years
bedding, juvenile and/or apparel related experience with strong understanding
of fashion & soft good development and design. Experience in
infant/juvenile industry is ideal.

·        
Have
knowledge of fabrics, embellishments, materials, pattern & sewing construction;
knowledge of material costs.

·        
Ability
to identify fashion trends and translate consumer insights into innovative
concepts and design solutions

·        
Ability to manage & direct a team of
internal and external resources

·        
Ability
to convey design direction and communicate effectively to vendor resources

·        
Computer
Proficient with Photoshop & Illustrator
