Design Engineer: Die Cast and Tooling
This well-established international company supplies to the largest automotive companies in the world. This is a new position due to our continued growth in the industry. We are seeking a Die Cast and Tooling Design Engineer who is a strong self-starter, who can provide valuable assessments and feedback of company products. In this role you will work with project teams from product design to completion. This salaried position offers excellent additional overtime pay. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years experience in Die Cast Engineering OR new grads with 3D modeling experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills to liaise with other engineers, customers, and suppliers, and to create special reports for management
• Ability to visualize 3 dimensional geometry from 2 dimensional concept drawings
• Knowledge of tooling and die or injection molding, including inspection, redesign, and repair
• Familiarity with continuous improvement processes, production floor safety procedures, etc.
