The Project Manager needs to understand these services, be able to create project plans and budgets related to various services, and successfully work with the creative team and client to execute and deliver on the plan.

The Project Manager needs to understand these services, be able to create project plans and budgets related to various services, and successfully work with the creative team and client to execute and deliver on the plan.
We are looking for a hybrid project/account manager who will assist the Design Director manage the Healthcare Communication Design portfolio. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a start-up-like environment. S/He will enjoy working in a face-paced, dynamic environment and work well with others across a diverse range of projects (online, print, events, communication and Brand strategy).
This will involve but not be limited to:
1. Assisting the Design Director in managing account relationships 2. Drive the process of translating opportunities into structured projects and programs 3. Manage sales opportunity and contract process/tool 4. Plan and estimate projects and programs 5. Create and/or contribute to project proposals 6. Manage/oversee/coordinate projects and programs within the Healthcare communication design portfolio 7. Assist in the planning and facilitation of workshops and meetings 8. Support delivery teams
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree is preferred •5-7 years experience supporting a senior executive preferably in a design consulting firm •Extensive experience with the MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint a must •Proactive, highly organized and extremely detail oriented •Sense of responsibility and ownership – ability to see things through •Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions •Ability to multi-task and manage competing projects •Superior communication skills, both written and verbal •Experience working in multidisciplinary design teams a plus •Experience with Design, Advertising, Interactive, or other creative agency is preferred. Consulting experience is a plus. Industry experience in Healthcare and Consumer Goods is a plus.
